NBePay Payment System
NBePay System is 3-D secure compliant. 3-D Secure is a cardholder authentication mechanism. The authentication will go through this process:
- Respective card association, i.e. MasterCard or VISA, checks every card entered in their system. It will verify whether or not an authentication is required for the given card.
- If so, the cardholder is redirected to the issuer bank’s system to identify himself. The result of the authentication is then handed back to the payment gateway.
- If not, then the payment will be process immediately.
- The result of the authentication is then handed back to the payment gateway (NBePay System).
NBePay Payment System’s Security
The NBePay System connection is SSL enabled (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is an established industry standard that encrypts the channel between a Web browser and Web server to ensure the privacy and reliability of data transmitted over this channel. As such, all information traveling through our server is highly secure. Our NBePay System also includes real-time payment processing and fraud scanning over the Internet and Geometric fraud prevention mechanism.
After the payment has been made, a system generated receipt of the transaction will be displayed for a few seconds for your viewing. After that, you will be taken back to our website. A copy of the same system generated receipt that was displayed earlier will be sent to you and to us as proof of payment via email.
